The Cridge Centre for the Family is thrilled to welcome Jennifer Smith as our new Director of Philanthropy & Communications.
Jennifer brings a rich background in relationship-building, community engagement, and strategic communication from her years in alumni relations at Royal Roads University. With a passion for supporting meaningful causes and strengthening community connections, Jennifer is already bringing her warmth, energy, and vision to our organization.

In her new role, Jennifer will guide donor relations, philanthropic initiatives, and storytelling efforts that shine a light on the vital programs across The Cridge Centre—from childcare and supported housing to brain injury services, seniors’ care, and supports for women and families.
