Our Services
Helping you find safety and hope
The Cridge Centre is a place where people who are in crisis can make a safe landing — where you will be welcomed and heard, cared for and supported. Where you can unpack your baggage and deal with the trauma in your life and look for a place of healing, safety and hope.
How do we do this? With a variety of programs and services that overlap, intermingle and provide an abundance of opportunity for support. While we have 5 areas in which we work, many people are served by multiple programs. We are ready to walk alongside people, helping you find the safety and hope that you need.

We acknowledge with respect that this is the traditional territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples, known today as the Songhees (song-eez) First Nation, Xwsepsəm (ko-sap-sum, Esquimalt) First Nation, as well as the WSÁNEĆ Nations and Sc’ianew (chee-a-new, Beecher Bay) First Nation, original caretakers of this land. We thank them for their gracious welcome. As they have walked gently here for many generations, we seek to do the same in service to the many peoples who now share it and call it home.
