- January 4: National Ribbon Skirt Day
- May 5: National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S+), also known as Red Dress Day
- June 21: National Indigenous Peoples Day, which coincides with the summer solstice and is a time to celebrate Indigenous traditions and cultures
- August 9: International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, a day to promote and protect the rights of Indigenous Peoples globally
- September 30: National Day for Truth and Reconciliation / Orange Shirt Day, a day to remember the residential school system’s intergenerational trauma
- November 8: Indigenous Veterans Day, recognizing the sacrifices and contributions of Indigenous peoples in Canada’s war efforts
