The Cridge Brain Injury Employment Development Program
The Cridge Brain Injury Program strives to support all of our brain injury clients to participate in employment and/ or meaningful activity within their community.
Bryan Rowley is our Coordinator of Employment Development.
Bryan is a community builder, researcher, and health and wellness advocate who is a survivor of a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Originally from the traditional territories of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe, Bryan is grateful to now work, live, and play on the traditional territory of the Lekwungen People. For over 15 years, he has spent his time teaming with individuals with diverse abilities and TBls while they search to obtain and maintain meaningful employment or volunteering pursuits and assist these individuals with their journeys to live healthier and more positive lives. Bryan is privileged to have found an invaluable organization like The Cridge whose mission aligns with his own interests of collaborating with clients to ‘Redesigning their Lives to Achieve their Maximum Potential’.
With appropriate support, all survivors of a brain injury can be active participants within their community through employment. It is our role to assist with the “Whatever it Takes” mindset to assist our survivors so they can succeed.
The Cridge Brain Injury Program welcomes community partners to participate with us as we challenge the survivors we support.
