The purpose of The Cridge Speakers Bureau is to share our enthusiasm and expertise on a range of topics that will be informative and worthwhile to both smaller and larger group audiences. We would be delighted to provide a speaker who is well informed on a range of topics such as:

• The Cridge History: learn about this amazing organization and its important contribution to the history of the area
• Activities for Seniors’ Assisted Living: active seniors are healthy, engaged and vital to the overall health of our community
• Surviving an Acquired Brain Injury:  support and information for brain injury surviviors and their loved ones
• Housing and Homelessness: the role of Transition Houses and Supportive Transitional Housing in ending housing families
• A Day in the life of a Vic High Day Care and Young Parent Support Worker: while the parents are away, the kids learn, grow and play
• Children living in Supportive Transitional Housing: includes examples of positive life-transforming moments
• The Cridge Clubhouse Model for Community Integration: another innovation for Victoria’s brain injury community and others
• Cridge Respitality: an award-winning innovative outreach to parents of children with disabilities
• The Mind of Homelessness: an interactive discussion on the topic of homeless people in Victoria and the links to brain injury
• Government or Charity: a topical discussion about the state of the non-profite sector in Canada and who should be serving our communities?
• Christian Service: explore what it means to live as outlined in James 1:27
• Integrating the Child with a Learning Difference: integration and inclusion makes a difference for everyone
• The Cridge Dovetail Services: innovative programs for challenging economic times
• The Cridge Transition House for Women: explore safe solutions for women and children at the time of crisis
