Housing Options

Different housing options support clients throughout their recovery process:

  • Macdonald House is a ten bed licensed residence specifically for people living with the effects of a brain injury.
  • Mary Cridge Manor provides supportive housing in a mixed use apartment building.
  • Independent Housing with Community Support

Community Support Programs

The Cridge Brain Injury Services provides multiple innovative and client-directed programs to support brain injury survivors and their families that support rehabilitation, reduce isolation, and educate the broader community.

For example, in 2004, The Cridge aligned with  PLAN and ICBC for a three-year program to provide 10 Networks of Support for Survivors of a brain injury who were living in isolation.  This program provided survivors with a facilitator to develop community assets through bridge building.
